How to Store Nuts

We often use nuts when baking or cooking and have leftovers. Here is a simple recipe tip for storing them for later use:

  • For the best flavor and texture, store sealed packages of nuts in a cool, dark place. Once
you've opened the package, place the nuts in a container with tight-fitting lid and keep them
in refrigerator for up to six months or in the freezer for up to one year.
