Oven Fried Potatoes II

These tasty potatoes are a family favorite. They're easy to make and travel well to potlucks. Enjoy them as part of a hearty breakfast or alongside meat for supper.

Ingredients

12 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C).

Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags. Combine the Parmesan cheese and seasonings; add to potatoes and shake to coat. Pour oil into two 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pans; pour potatoes into pans.

Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
