Grenadine Syrup

This syrup is used in alcoholic beverages and is usually bought on bottles, but you can also make your own.


2 cups syrup


4 pomegranates
1/4 cup honey


Remove seeds from pomegranates. Process in food processor with knife blade. Simmer pulp with honey over low heat 3 minutes. Stir well. Strain to remove any remaining seeds.
