Apple Syrup


1 1/4 cups


1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 dash cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/4 cups unsweetened apple juice


In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple juice; whisk until well blended. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Cook and stir for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.


Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
