Whipped Cream
Whipped cream recipe for topping desserts. For best results make sure whisk and bowl are ice cold.

Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon confectioners (powdered) sugar*
Directions
Place large mixing bowl in freezer for 10 minutes. Place cream in chilled bowl and whip until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form; do not overbeat.
Additional Information
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar can be substituted for powdered sugar.
