Maple Whipped Cream

Maple whipped cream is delicious served on a cheesecake or gingerbread, or use it to garnish pancakes or waffles for an extra-special breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

1/2 cup cold whipping cream
2 tablespoons cold maple syrup, Grade B if possible

Directions

Have mixing bowl and beaters chilled for best results. Beat whipped cream until soft peaks form; add maple syrup and beat until firm.
