Cheese Sauce II

Yield

about 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

2 teaspoons butter or margarine
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour; gradually add milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Add steak sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and cheese. Stir until melted.
