Rosemary Rub

Quick, easy, and (most importantly) delicious rub gives steaks a refined and flavorful taste. Particularly good on a grilled rib-eye. Not your run-of-the-mill rub!

Yield

4 teaspoons

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, mix rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub onto both sides of steaks before grilling as desired.
