Dry Meat Rub

Use this dry rub on your favorite meat before grilling. It stores well in an airtight container.

2 cups

Ingredients

3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons onion powder
6 tablespoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and thyme. Mix well.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
