Lamb Kabob Marinade

This marinade is perfect for kabobs such as Barbecued Lamb Kabobs.


1 1/4 cups


1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup white wine or broth of choice
2 tablespoons soy sauce


Combine ingredients in heavy plastic bag; add lamb and marinate overnight or at least 5 hours, turning bag occasionally.
