Dill Lemon Salmon Marinade

This marinade is wonderful when grilling salmon.

Yield

about 1 cup (enough for 1 1/2 pounds salmon)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Beau Monde Seasoning
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
dash tarragon
2 lemons (juiced)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients, then pour over the salmon steaks. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, turning the fish once.
