Maple Gravy

This gravy is delicious served with ham, pork roast or pork chops.

Yield

about 1/4 cup

Ingredients

1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons butter
6 medium tart apples, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Directions

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and maple syrup. Cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with sliced ham.
