Honey Lime Fruit Salad

A quick and easy fresh-fruit salad that can double as dessert!


4 servings


1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup frozen (thawed) limeade concentrate
2 teaspoons poppy seed, if desired
4 cups cut-up fresh fruit
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted*


Mix honey, limeade concentrate and poppy seed in medium bowl. Carefully toss fruit with honey mixture. Sprinkle with almonds.

Total Time: 10 minutes

Additional Information

To toast almonds, cook in ungreased heavy skillet over medium-low heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until browning begins, then stirring constantly until golden brown.
