Vanilla Wafer Crust
1 9" pie crust
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (191°C)*. In a medium mixing bowl, combine wafer crumbs and butter. Mix well. Press onto the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Bake for 7 minutes or until golden. Cool completely before using.
* If making the crust for an ice cream pie, there is no need to bake the crust, just chill until set.
