Maple Walnut Wafer Crust

1 9" crust

Ingredients

50 vanilla wafer cookies
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

*Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a blender or food processor, blend the vanilla wafer cookies and walnuts into fine crumbs. In a medium mixing bowl, combine wafer/walnut mixture, butter and maple syrup. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie 9" pan to form crust. *Bake for about 6 minutes. Cool before using.

Additional Information

*Crust only needs to be pre-baked when using with non-baked pie or cheesecake.
