Honey Nut Crust

Yield

1 10 inch pie crust

Ingredients

4 cups honey and nut flavor cornflakes cereal*
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup**

Directions

*Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie or 10 inch springform pan. In a large bowl, mix together cereal, peanut butter, and corn syrup. Press mixture into bottom and sides of prepared pan. *Bake for about 6 minutes. Cool before using.

Additional Information

*Crust only needs to be pre-baked when using with non-baked pie or cheesecake.

Variations

*Use Honey Bunches of Oats cereal or Special K instead of cornflakes.

**Use honey instead of corn syrup.
