Bleu Cheese Deviled Dogs

Grilled hot dogs become "devilish" with the addition of bleu cheese, hard boiled eggs and a spicy hint of sriracha sauce. Devilishly delicious!

Ingredients

8 beef hot dogs
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
8 hot dog buns, split, toasted
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, sliced, cut in half
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)

Directions

Heat gas or charcoal grill.

Place hot dogs on grill over medium heat. Cook uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until hot.

Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce; spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on each toasted bun. Place hot dogs on buns. Top with eggs, bleu cheese and onions.

Additional Information

To broil hot dogs, set oven control to broil. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place hot dogs on baking sheet. Broil with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 4 to 5 minutes or until hot.

Sriracha sauce can be found in the Asian or international aisle of the grocery store.
