Slow Cooker Fruited Ham

Fruit chutney and onions add flavors to slow-cooked ham -- a dish to be served for a brunch.

Ingredients

3 pound fully cooked smoked boneless ham
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 (6 ounce) jars fruit chutney (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup frozen small whole onions (from 1-pound bag)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

Place ham in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with pepper. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over ham.

Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.
