Grilled Barbecued Pork Chop Dinner

Grilled corn on the cob, salad and barbecued pork chops! Perfect summertime meal.


4 servings


4 medium ears corn on the cob
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 1/4 pounds), 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 (10 ounce) bag mixed salad greens
1/2 cup KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing


Arrange each ear of corn on piece of heavy-duty foil; spread with butter. Wrap corn securely.

Place corn on greased grill over medium-hot coals. Grill 5 minutes.

Place chops on grill. Grill corn with chops an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until corn is tender and chops are cooked through, turning frequently and brushing chops frequently with barbecue sauce. Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce, corn and salad greens topped with dressing.

Citrus barbecued Pork Chops: Add 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper to the 1 cup barbecue sauce.
