Dijon Glazed Ham

Traditional pineapple, brown sugar glazed ham. Made with a convenient canned ham.

1 (5 pound) can precooked boneless ham
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard


Bake ham as directed on can.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Spoon 1/2 cup of the pineapple glaze over ham during the last 30 minutes of the ham baking time. Keep remaining pineapple glaze warm; serve with sliced ham.
