Cilantro Barbecued Grilled Pork Chops

An explosion of flavor to wake up "boring" pork chops. Barbecue sauce, cilantro and orange juice blend make a triple play for a home-run at dinnertime. This flavorful entrée is a great way to enjoy summer grilling. And, since it's made with lean meat, it can help you and your family eat right.

Ingredients

1/2 cup KRAFT or BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 tablespoons orange juice
4 bone-in pork chops (1 pound), 1/2 inch thick

Directions

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Mix all ingredients except chops. Reserve half for serving with cooked chops.

Grill chops 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until done (160°F/71°C), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

Serve with reserved sauce.

Additional Information

Prepare using 4 boneless pork chops and reducing the grilling time if necessary to cook chops until done (160°F/71°C).

Broiler Directions: Heat broiler. Broil chops, 6 inches from heat, on foil-covered broiler pan 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until done (160°F/71°C); brushing with remaining sauce for the last 5 minutes.
