Orange Icing

Ingredients

1 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar, sifted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

Stir together powdered sugar, vanilla and orange juice. Spread with a knife over cookies or add enough additional orange juice to make a drizzling consistency and drizzle over cookies.
