Orange Butter Icing

Delicious orange butter icing. Perfect for icing bar cookies or your favorite cake.

Yield

enough to cover 18 bar cookies or a 13" x 9" cake

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
3 cups confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add orange juice and peel and beat until smooth.
