Coconut Icing


Enough to cover a 9-inch pan of brownies


2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup evaporated milk


In a medium bowl, combine coconut, brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Spread over cooled brownies. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until coconut is golden brown.
