Chocolate Fudge Icing II
Ingredients
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan, mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter and milk. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and then let cool. Beat by hand until creamy (or until it looks creamy). Spread on cooled cupcakes or cake layers.
