Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk
1 pound (approx. 4 1/2 cups) confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a small saucepan, melt butter, add cocoa and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread while warm.
