Chocolate Fudge Brownie Icing
2 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter, chocolate and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often and adding enough milk for desired spreading consistency. Spread icing over cooled brownies.
