Pineapple Glaze


1 can (15 1/2 ounces) sliced pineapples in heavy syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar


Drain pineapple; reserving syrup. Dice 1 pineapple slice. Cook reserved syrup, brown sugar and diced pineapple over medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until thick; do not stir.
