1 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, 2 tablespoons juice, peel and vanilla. Blend well. Add additional juice to reach desired consistency.
