Coconut Glaze

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, sugar, orange juice; and coconut extract. Stir until smooth on cake while still hot. Let dry. Glaze will dry to a hard finish in 15 minutes or less.
