Amaretto Glaze

Awesome amaretto glaze.


enough to drizzle over one bundt cake


1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
1 cup sifted confectioners' (powdered) sugar


Sift the powdered sugar, and combine it with 1/2 cup amaretto. Blend until smooth. You may add more amaretto as needed. Poke holes in warm cake; drizzle glaze over cake insuring some glaze is absorbed into holes.
