Easy Patriotic Pie

Strike up the band, unfurl the flag and grab your pie server. This creamy tribute has flavorful stripes and gets four stars from happy eaters.

1 1/2 cups boiling water, divided
1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
1 cup ice cubes, divided
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 ounces)
1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, or any red flavor
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping


Add 3/4 cup boiling water to blue gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes; stir until melted. Pour into crust; refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes or until set but not firm.

Meanwhile, repeat to dissolve red gelatin mix in separate bowl; stir in remaining ice cubes. Cool 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Spread whipped topping over blue gelatin layer; cover with red gelatin. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

Additional Information

Garnish with fresh seasonal berries just before serving. Or, arrange 1/2 cup berries on bottom of crust before covering with the blue gelatin.
