Fruit Sherbet II


2 cups granulated (white) sugar
2 cups water
juice of 3 oranges
juice of 3 lemons
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup cream


Bring sugar and water to boil. Boil 3 minutes, then set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix the juices and bananas together. When syrup is cool, stir it into the fruits. Pour into a baking pan and freeze.

When mixture is about 3/4 frozen, remove to large bowl. Beat cream into it slowly. Then refreeze.
