S'mores Crumb Bars

You don't have to be camping to enjoy the great taste of s'mores. Plus, since you can whip up a batch of these tempting bars in your kitchen, you don't have to put up with mosquitoes!

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/3 cup granulated (white) sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C). Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with Pan Release or cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbs, butter and sugar; press half into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Top with remaining crumb mixture; press firmly.

Bake 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately press top firmly with spatula. Cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Cut into bars.
