Marzipan Glaze

Ingredients

1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons Vodka

Directions

Brush glaze on finished marzipan as thin as possible. The liquor will evaporates quickly allowing the candy to dry much faster. This prevents the white spots, from drying marzipan, from appearing on your finished designs.
