Toasted Pecan Toffee Bars
This delicious bar blends the taste and flavor of a cookie and a candy into one special treat.

Bar Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Topping Ingredients
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 13" x 9" baking pan with Pan Release or cooking spray.
Combine all bar ingredients except 3/4 cup pecans and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips in large bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 3/4 cup pecans and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips. Press mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle with 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips; let stand 5 minutes. Slightly swirl melted chips. Immediately sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
