S'More Graham Cracker Crisps

Kids of all ages love these easy to make s'more bars.

12 double (5 x 2 1/2-inch) chocolate graham crackers*
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
3/4 cup salted peanuts
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350°F (177°). Line greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan with graham crackers; sprinkle evenly with marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanuts.

Combine brown sugar, butter and vanilla in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (3 to 5 minutes). Boil, stirring constantly, until candy thermometer reaches 240°F (116°C). (3 minutes). Immediately pour butter mixture evenly over marshmallows, chips and nuts.

Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned and bars are bubbly around edges. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

* Substitute regular flavor graham crackers.
