Strawberry Cream Filling

enough to fill one cake

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, cut up

Directions

Whip cream, sugar and vanilla together until peaks form. Spread filling on top of bottom cake layer or on top of cake roll; sprinkle with strawberries.
