Peppermint Cream Filling

Ingredients

3 cups confectioners’ (powdered) sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter, room temperature
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 cup milk

Directions

Combine 1 cup powdered sugar, butter, and extract; beat until fluffy. Blend in remaining sugar and milk, alternating ingredients.

Additional Information

Refrigerate until ready to use.
