Mocha Cream Filling

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon boiling water

Directions

Beat whipping cream and sugar together in mixing bowl until stiff. Dissolve coffee granules in boiled water. Cool. Add to whipped cream and beat in.

Storage

Keep refrigerated.
