6 tablespoons butter or margarine, room temperature
1 1/2 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon imitation rum extract
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Beat butter in medium bowl until softened. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until fluffy. Beat in milk, extract and nutmeg. Pipe or spoon about 1/2 teaspoon filling into center of each cooled cookie. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.
