Easy Cream Filling

This cream filling is perfect for filling cupcakes or your favorite doughnuts or pastries. Just fill a decorating page, add a large whole tip, insert into the cooled treat and squeeze the desired amount of filling. Or use between layers of a cooled cake.

Yield

about 2 cups

Ingredients

3/4 cup flaked coconut
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated or shaved semi-sweet chocolate
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In medium bowl, gently fold coconut and chocolate into thawed whipped topping.

Storage

Refrigerate until ready to use.
