2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, room temperature
2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate
Combine cornstarch, sugar, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, add butter and chocolate. Stir until melted. Let cool.
