Apple Bread

This apple bread is quick, easy, and yummy!

Yield

two 8 x 4 inch loaves (32 servings)

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups granulated (white) sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped
1 cup broken walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans with Pan Release or cooking spray.

In bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, place oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and apples. Stir into flour mixture. Add walnuts and mix. Divided mixture between prepared loaf pans.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until bread test done. Cool for 10 minutes on cooling rack before removing from pan.
