Banana Corn Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 1/2-ounce) package corn muffin mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare the muffin pan by placing 6 baking cups in the cavities or by coating the cavities with Pan Release or cooking spray.
Combine banana, milk, and mix in a medium bowl; stir just until moist (batter will be slightly thin). Spoon batter evenly into 6 muffin cups.
Bake for 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan on cooling rack for 10 minutes. Remove muffins from pan; cool completely on cooling rack.
