Berry Banana Smoothie

Keep several bananas in the freezer so that you can be ready to whip up this thick beverage for a quick breakfast or a tasty treat. Frozen fruit gives it a great consistency...it's like drinking a berry milk shake!

Ingredients

1 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and
blackberries
1 cup fat-free milk

Directions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
