Peanut Butter and Jelly Breakfast Shake

This is a tasty shake to whip up for breakfast on the go. Your kids will love the flavor of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in this shake.


2 servings (2 1/2 cups)


2 cups cold milk
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons jam, jelly or preserves (any flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a blender, place milk, banana, peanut butter, jam and vanilla; cover and process for 3 minutes or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Additional Information

* For a thicker shake freeze banana before blending.
