Chocolate Strawberry Banana Milkshake

A wonderful milkshake that can easily be adapted for low-sugar diets. You can eliminate the sugar and it still has a wonderful flavor.


2 servings


1 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 ripe banana
2 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink mix
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons granulated (white) sugar


In a blender combine milk, frozen strawberries, banana, drink mix, vanilla and sugar. Blend until smooth. If consistency is too runny, you may add more strawberries.
