Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

This is a warm and creamy rich pumpkin drink that taste like a Starbucks® pumpkin Latte but with NO caffeine so it is very kid friendly or great at the mid day office Holiday party.

1 cup pumpkin purée
1 quart milk
1/4 cup granulated (white) sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to blend well. Heat to a simmer; do not boil.
