Ginger Apple Fizz

You will want to turn to this recipe when you need a surefire thirst-quencher. This refreshing hot-weather drink is a nice change of pace. It's not as sweet as regular sodas.

1/4 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups chilled club soda
ice cubes


In a pitcher, combine apple juice concentrate and ginger. slowly stir in soda. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.
